CHARLOTTE, NC, November 15, 2018 – Summit Leadership Partners, LLC, a leadership and organization consulting firm specializing in scaling mid-market companies, today announced Heather Gordon, PhD, as its newest Senior Consultant. Gordon joins the staff at the company’s Charlotte headquarters where she will be focusing on product development, assessment, project management and analysis.

Gordon is deeply experienced, aligning business and customer strategies to organization and leadership development practices across industries. Prior to joining Summit Leadership Partners, she served as Executive Development Program Manager at Duke Energy. In that role she was responsible for the executive development programs, executive coaching, and succession planning practices for the top 100 leaders. Prior to Duke Energy, Gordon was an external consultant at Press Ganey, where she advised healthcare organizations on aligning strategy with organization development and employee engagement.
