Stefanie is a talented business leader, executive coach, and leadership consultant with over 20 years of experience helping individuals, teams, and organizations to achieve business objectives and optimal performance. Throughout her career, Stefanie has worked with all levels of management and is known for her ability to quickly connect with people, navigate change and work with challenging and diverse teams. Stefanie specializes in executive coaching, assessment organization development, M&A integrations, and leadership development along with training and facilitation.

Prior to becoming a consultant, Stefanie held a senior level management position at SirusXM where she managed strategic human resources and organization development activities, as well as the HR Business Partner team where she led high potential and executive level coaching, training, and talent acquisition. Stefanie has in-depth experience working with publicly traded companies within the technology and media industries, and additional background working within retail, manufacturing/ industrial, and the legal industry. She has successfully advised and coached leaders across numerous cross-functional disciplines.

Stefanie is a graduate of New York University’s Tisch School of the Arts (BFA) and Fordham University’s Gabelli School of Business (MBA). Stefanie received an executive coaching certification from Columbia University and is a certified coach and member of ICF. She is also certified in numerous assessment tools.
