Our Team

Rhea serves as a Research Analyst Intern at Summit Leadership Partners, working with the team on projects that include organizational diagnostics and interventions, leadership development, executive assessments and data analysis.

Prior to joining Summit, Rhea was a Strategy and Marketing Associate at the International Institute for the Brain, where she focused on developing strategic plans for new growth initiatives and business expansion. She also worked as an eCommerce Performance Marketing Associate at Reckitt Benckiser and engaged in business development at various startups.

Rhea graduated with a Bachelor’s degree in Quantitative Economics and a minor in Statistical and Data Sciences from Smith College. She is currently pursuing a Master’s degree in Social-Organizational Psychology at Columbia University in New York, where she is deepening her understanding of organizational dynamics, leadership development and strategic behavior.
