Managing Consultant
Merche is an esteemed Executive Coach and Organizational Transformation strategist, a Neuroscientist, and an Economist who specializes in working with CEOs and Boards, Wall Street Management Committee Partners, and Founders across industries and geographies, with a strong focus on Financial Services and Private Equity. With a remarkable track record of over 25 years working with Fortune 100 and 500 organizations to gain competitive advantage through constructive and inclusive People strategy, she brings a unique blend of expertise, neuroscience, and insights to her clients, empowering them to unlock their full leadership potential and achieve exceptional results. In the Private Equity context, she has a unique ability to facilitate the necessary alliances between investment teams, portfolio companies, and operators. Having worked globally in Europe, Asia, and the USA, she deeply understands diverse and cross-cultural business environments and leadership challenges.
Prior to Summit, she was Chief HR and Talent Officer in Private Equity, and led Goldman Sachs’ global coaching and advisory practice. Previously, she was Regional Head of Talent, Leadership, and Organizational Development at Prudential Corporation in Asia Pacific, Director of Leadership and Organizational Development at Unilever, and held roles across leadership and Management Consulting at PricewaterhouseCoopers.
Merche holds a Master of Science in Neuroscience at Columbia University and is a master’s degree student in Psychology at Harvard University. She holds an Economics and Business Administration degree from CUNEF Complutense University of Madrid. She is a certified Executive Coach and was awarded the highest Master Practitioner Executive Coaching level by the European Mentoring & Coaching Council. She is a Coach supervisor and assessor, a Board facilitator, and certified in numerous behavioral profiling and assessment tools like the Hogan Suite, MBTI, FiroB, TTI, OCI, OEI, LSI, or i4 Neuroleader.
