Our Team

Kolbi is a Research Analyst Intern at Summit Leadership Partners, where she supports projects in talent assessment, team performance, and organizational review. She brings a passion for leveraging data-driven insights to enhance organizational effectiveness and leadership development.

Prior to joining Summit, Kolbi worked at the Center for Applied Behavioral Science at MDRC. There, she contributed to research and technical assistance initiatives aimed at improving non-profits and social policy programs through human-centered design.

Kolbi’s professional interests include organizational development, team dynamics, and talent management. She is currently pursuing a Master’s degree in Social-Organizational Psychology at Teachers College, Columbia University. She earned her Bachelor of Arts in Psychology and Neuroscience & Behavior from Wesleyan University
