Katie serves as a Project Coordinator at Summit Leadership Partners, where she oversees client relationships and manages the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system to drive successful project outcomes. She excels at fostering strong client partnerships, facilitating seamless communication, and streamlining project processes to ensure exceptional results.

With over 14 years of industry experience, Katie has held roles at Korn Ferry and John Hancock Investments, where she managed diverse projects and honed her expertise in client engagement and operational efficiency. Her broad skill set and strategic mindset enable her to deliver impactful solutions in dynamic environments.

Katie earned her Bachelor’s degree in Communications from Fairfield University, where she developed a passion for connecting with others and building meaningful relationships.
