With over 20 years of experience in assessment and executive coaching, she assists leaders and managers in identifying the critical behaviors needed to elevate their performance to the highest levels. Whether coaching executives or assessing individuals for selection or development, Joanna provides clients with crucial insights on leadership behaviors that impact the business’s bottom line.

Before consulting, Joanna’s corporate experiences included serving as Director of Organization and Management Development for PepsiCo International, where she was responsible for the company’s Leadership Development and Career Development programs, Organizational Survey, and Performance Management. Joanna was also a Senior Manager at Aon Consulting where she designed, implemented and validated programs on executive assessment, leadership development, selection, performance management, and customer service and training for a variety of clients in industries such as financial services, travel, technology, pharmaceuticals, medical catalog sales, and insurance.

Joanna has a PhD in Industrial and Organizational Psychology from New York University, a BA in Psychology from Brandeis University, and was an Adjunct Associate Professor at the CUNY Baruch Zicklin School of Business, International Executive Programs, teaching Individual Assessment and Coaching in Singapore and Taiwan. She is certified in MBTI, Leadership Judgment Indicator, OPQ, DiSC, and Hogan Assessments.
