Our Team

Isaac serves as a Research Analyst Intern at Summit Leadership Partners working with the team on research, leadership assessment and development, team performance analytics and talent development.

Before joining Summit, Isaac worked in both the public sector and market research industries in various capacities involving quantitative and qualitative research, training and development, staff retention and internal audits.

Isaac is currently pursuing a Master’s in Industrial/Organizational Psychology at UNC Charlotte. He completed his BA in Psychology at Winthrop University.
