Hartleigh brings over 20 years of experience in leadership and advisory roles across both public and private sectors. As Principal Consultant at Summit Leadership Partners, she expertly guides leaders and boards in leadership strategies, talent assessment, team effectiveness, change management, and talent strategy development. Her industry expertise spans private equity, technology, retail, industrial and public sector showcasing her versatile experience and knowledge.

Hartleigh’s career began with distinguished service as an Army Aviator, where she served with distinction in Iraq as a platoon leader, company commander, and combat mission commander. Transitioning from military service, she has held executive and board positions, gaining a profound understanding of leadership dynamics and client needs in advisory roles. Notably, she served as a board advisor and Managing Partner at Parker Remick, specializing in executive search for technology companies in private equity and venture capital.

She holds a BS from the United States Military Academy and an MBA from Columbia University, concentrating in organizational management. Hartleigh also served as an assistant Professor at West Point, teaching leadership and economics to future officers.
