Our Team

Ciara is a Project Coordinator at Summit Leadership Partners, where she manages direct relationships with clients, third-party vendors, and key stakeholders for high-impact projects. Her role emphasizes building strong client relationships and ensuring the successful execution of project goals through proactive communication and efficient coordination.

Before joining Summit, Ciara developed a versatile background across many different areas, including Intellectual Property, Account Management, and Recruiting. Her passion for understanding client needs and delivering tailored solutions aligns with her work at Summit, where she leverages her skills in client management, project coordination, and process improvement to drive client success.

Ciara earned a Bachelor’s degree in Public Health from Coastal Carolina University. During her undergraduate studies, she completed a three-month internship in Tanzania, where she taught HIV prevention and organized philanthropic events supporting local schools. Through these experiences, she honed her cross-cultural communication and client service skills, which continue to inform her approach to building meaningful relationships and delivering value to clients.
