Prior to Summit, Allison’s work experience included Human Capital positions at Riverstone Logistics and Search Solution Group. Throughout her career, she has excelled in identifying and developing top talent, implementing innovative recruitment strategies, and enhancing employee satisfaction. Her fresh ideas and creative solutions have consistently provided her business partners with the tools and strategies needed to thrive in a competitive market.
