Robyn is the SVP & CHRO for CommScope, an $8B Hickory, NC based global leader in infrastructure solutions for communications networks. If you’re talking, texting, emailing or on the internet, it’s likely your communication is made possible by solutions from CommScope. Robyn was the CHRO for two prior companies, Xylem Inc. (NY) and Hovnanian Enterprises (NJ), following 14 years at Black & Decker (MD) where she began her career in Human Resources. She holds an MS in industrial and organizational psychology from the University of Baltimore and a BA in psychology from Bloomsburg University.

 


Kamilah Mitchell-ThomasCHRO, Dow Jones
Kamilah Mitchell-Thomas is Chief People Officer of Dow Jones where she guides company culture through strategic application of “people power” for digital transformation, change execution and cultivating partnerships with key stakeholders, business leaders, and cross-functional teams. She has over 20 years of extensive human resources experience leading corporate transformations through global learning and development, diversity, people management, and inclusion efforts. She began her career at JP Morgan as a Financial Analyst and graduated from Lincoln University with a BA in economics.

 


Terri ZandhuisCHRO, Krispy Kreme
Terri Zandhuis is a seasoned HR leader who is passionate about building teams and developing talent. She is currently the Chief People Officer for Krispy Kreme Doughnut Corporation, where she is rebuilding the foundation so that the HR organization is able to keep pace with Krispy Kreme’s goal of growing its business as big as its brand. In her 25-year career, she has held leadership positions with Bank of America, AOL and eBay. Terri graduated from the University of Michigan where she received a BA in Organizational Management.

 

Susan EdwardsCHRO, Sealed Air
Susan Edwards is Vice President and Chief Human Resources Officer for Sealed Air. She is responsible for all human resource operations worldwide and oversees Sealed Air’s culture, talent, total rewards, and employer brand strategy with a heightened focus on inclusion and diversity. She is also responsible for the company’s social responsibility and global communications efforts aimed at reaching and engaging current and future employees, the media, and community partners around the world. Susan received her MA in international business from Marquette University and earned her BA in human resource management from East Tennessee State University.

Corinne brings 30 years of executive leadership and management consulting experience in the fields of assessment, executive coaching, leadership development, talent strategy, analytics, and capability building. Over the course of her career, Corinne has been a trusted advisor and coach to C-Suite and SLT leaders, helping them increase their business impact, leadership, and overall effectiveness, closing the gap between strategy and results. Corinne holds a Ph.D. in industrial and organizational psychology from the University of South Florida and a BS from Virginia Commonwealth University.
