Our Team

Eli is a creative and results-driven data scientist with experience in database management, product development, statistical analyses, and research. He has a strong background in data validation, project management, dashboard reporting, and process improvement.

Prior to joining Summit Leadership Partners, Eli worked for a multichannel recruitment process outsourcing firm, Personify, that provides data-driven analytics to deliver next-generational talent acquisition solutions. Here he applied advanced analytics to create forecast, predictions, summaries, and data stories for both internal and external clients. He also has experience in the financial services industry providing analytics of portfolio risk management.

Eli holds a Master of Science degree in Analytics and a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration – Information Technology Management both from North Carolina State University.
